‘LATTERIA BIZ GIAMPIETRO’ – DAIRY Cheese ageing

The dairy offers only high quality, recognized cheeses with ascertained origins, responding to market demands and the needs of a consumer who focuses on flavor and genuineness, without being willing compromise on a product’s organoleptic characteristics and food safety. The Biz Giampietro company ages its cheeses according to family traditions. Our most widespread cheeses include ASMONTE, ASMONTE BIO, PASTI VECCHIO, Latteria S. Andrea, Piave Vecchio, Montasio, and the "drunk cheese". The ageing process occurs in the company’s Chiarano facilities (TV) which also hosts a wholesale and retail sales point for its cheeses.

Latteria BIZ ages and sells cheeses wholesale, but it also has a retail sales point next to the ageing rooms in Chiarano (TV) at Via Baldizza 7.

At our sales point, one can taste the Latteria Biz’s aged cheeses and purchase a vast variety of dairy products:

Additionally, BIZ offers several organic products for clients who wish to choose healthy food products that respect the environment.

These products are all especially selected by BIZ. High quality and genuine, these cheeses are from the Veneto region, where they acquire their characteristic flavors and aromas.
